Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing StrongYou (Shiddat Foodz Pvt. Ltd.). We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days depending on the delivery location within India.
• Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days (Available in select PIN codes).

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistical challenges or natural disruptions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

StrongYou (Shiddat Foodz Pvt. Ltd.) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@strongyou.in with photographic evidence, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with the courier provider.

5. Service Area

Currently, we ship exclusively within the geographical territory of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
