Cancellation and Refund Policy

At StrongYou (Shiddat Foodz Pvt. Ltd.), we believe in a transparent and fair approach to cancellations and refunds. This policy dictates the circumstances under which refunds are permitted.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before the product has been dispatched. Once the product has left our facility, the order cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately at care@strongyou.in with your order ID.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is received and approved before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment via Razorpay. It generally takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Returns & Replacements

Since we deal in consumable products/food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• The wrong product was delivered to you.
• The product was significantly damaged upon arrival (photographic proof required within 24 hours of delivery).
• The product arrived past its expiry date.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return/refund request is inspected and approved, we will notify you by email. The approved refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days via our payment gateway partner.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@strongyou.in.
